Owner's - seller's comments and maintenance history

A very well maintained Italian style luxury yacht used for charter proposes. Total refit in 2006 including total revision of main engines and auxiliary engines.

The external layout offers wide sunbathing areas, forward and on the flying bridge equipped with comfortable settees with cushions, spacious cockpit with dining table, and comfortable bathing platform.

The night area offers 2 double suites (Owner's and VIP), 1 cabin with separated beds, 1 double cabin with separate beds + pullman bed, all with suite bathroom. During winter 2006/2007 the two twins underwent to modifications: both of them are now able to be converted into double bedded cabins, so that each can be a twin or a double bedded cabin. Separated crew quarter for 4 members. Last intermediate survey was carried out 04.2009., class validity 04.2011.
